Yesterday I turned 70. I intend to remain as lively on this decade as I used to be in my 60s, we’ll see how that seems!

My latest setback with injuring my SI joint has brought on my health to say no a little bit. However two days in the past was my first PT session for it and it went properly so I’m hopeful.
